1. Main responsibility

Ensure accurate – fast – efficient – creative service, align Sales, Pricing and vendors to elevate customer experience.

2. Job description

  • Place & handle bookings per Sales/Pricing requests.
  • Track shipments, update vessel/flight schedules.
  • Advise best transport solutions.
  • Build & maintain relationships with carriers, airlines, ICDs, etc.
  • Submit weekly/monthly reports & standardize forms.

3. Job requirements

  • College/University degree in Logistics, International Business or related.
  • 6 months’ experience (fresh grads considered).
  • Good english communication skill.
  • Proficient in MS Office & Google Tools.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, strong teamwork & under-pressure skills.

Work time

  • Monday to Friday: Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM.
  • Saturday: Working in the morning 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, with 2 Saturdays off per month.
