Required Skills/Experience:

1. Education:
– Graduated from universities majoring in Foreign Trade, Logistics, economics, business administration or other related majors.
– Have knowledge of logistics or companies specializing in forwarder.
– Have knowledge and experience of forwarding (sea freight, air freight), import-export, transportation, and customs.

2. Working Experience:
– 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience in the forwarding or import-export industry; the background for global forwarder and familiar with system will be preferable.
– Priority is given to strong experience of US route both sea/air.
– Fluent in English, Chinese is an advantage
– Good MS Office.

3. Professional Skills:
– Good Customer service skills with customer-oriented minded.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Innovative & creativity mindset to achieve better efficiency.
– Strong problem-solving skills.
– Good negotiation skills.
