Job Description:
1. Customs and trucking procedure management
– Coordinate and manage the transportation process, including road, rail, sea, and air logistics.
– Develop plans and monitor transportation processes to ensure efficiency and meet deadlines.
– Responsible for handling customs procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
– Optimize customs processes to minimize time and costs.
– Check all goods/delivery documents to ensure accurate and timely declaration.
– Manage the implementation progress of all process chains, ensure time compliance and evaluate the reasonableness of costs to make timely proposals.
– Select customs clearance service units that meet the company’s goals in terms of time and cost.
– Responsible for all import and export processes such as preparing customs documents, arranging container loading and unloading schedules…
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth work and reporting.
2. Consultation and Customer Support:
– Advise customers on issues related to transportation and customs.
– Resolve issues arising from transportation and customs processes.
3. Cost and Performance Management:
– Ensure the approval of transportation and customs costs within the allocated budget.
– Propose and implement cost optimization measures and enhance performance.
4. Studying and training
– Research and training plan for new products: study how to handle, general concepts of new products.
– Build training plan of Soft skills for team members.”
Required Skills/Experience:
1. Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
– Good knowledge of logistics or companies specializing in forwarder.
– Good knowledge of transportation laws and regulations.
– Good knowledge and experience of forwarding (sea freight, air freight), import-export, and transportation.
– In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and customs compliance.
2. Working Experience:
– Having at least 3 year- experience in Logistic service field.
– Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus).
– Good MS Office.
– Strong background in transportation planning and customs procedures.
3. Professional Skills:

– Excellent Customer service skills with customer-oriented minded.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
