French shipping giant CMA CGM Group announced the launch of SEA REWARD on March 13th, 2024. This innovative loyalty program aims to elevate customer experience within the logistics industry.

Through SEA REWARD, CMA CGM seeks to solidify client relationships by providing exclusive benefits and a seamless digital journey.

The program functions on a straightforward principle: customers accumulate Nautical Miles based on shipment volume through SpotOn, CMA CGM’s digital quotation platform. These accumulated Miles can then be redeemed for cost reductions on future invoices.

SEA REWARD boasts a tiered structure with four distinct levels: Lieutenant, Captain, Master, and Admiral. Each level unlocks progressively valuable benefits, acknowledging and rewarding customer loyalty.

It’s noteworthy that SEA REWARD is exclusively available to users of SpotOn, CMA CGM’s online sales channel launched two years prior. SpotOn offers instant spot quotes with fixed pricing, guaranteed space allocation on vessels after booking confirmation, and prioritized booking, loading, and equipment allocation. This sales channel is accessible across all CMA CGM e-commerce platforms, including My CMA CGM, My ANL, and My CNC.

The SEA REWARD program is currently operational in Europe, with planned future expansion to encompass CMA CGM’s global customer base.
