Position Information:

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:15 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Location: Sao Mai Building, No. 19 Le Van Luong Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi

Job Description:

  • Support CEO in creating and managing customer lists & Setting up standard operation procedure for VIP customers
  • Approach agents data and build up potential customers. Give quote to assigned customers, remain and build up relationship with customers.
  • Support the sales team in creating and preparing contracts for existing and potential customers.
  • Assist CEO in preparing and responding to customer forms such as Request for Information, Request for Quotations as per customer requests.
  • Assist CEO in preparing Instruction to Customer Service team as per shipment.
  • Execute and manage administrative activities for the sales team.
  • Act as a liaison for the sales team: handling phone calls and emails.
  • Maintain and organize records, reports, and databases to track suppliers and customers.
  • Assist in conducting research, surveys, and reports to support and enhance team activities and improve sales performance.
  • Assist in handling documents, issues and complaints from customers.
  • Stay updated on product features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Contribute ideas for product improvements or new sales strategies based on customer feedback and market trends

Required Skills/Experience:

  • English-Chinese Request.
