MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
– Set sales goals to propose suitable business strategies for each period.
– Search, maintain and expand relationships with customers
– Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build a strong pipeline of business opportunities.
– Combine with CS Dept. to feedback & solve customers’ problems.
– Develop training programs, direct training to ensure the quality of Sales staff, evaluate employee performance periodically.
– Build and develop Sales process. Implement periodical evaluation of Sales processes and continuously improve innovation.
– Develop goals and KPIs for Sales Department. Monitor sales performance using data analysis, track sales metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management to identify market trends, sales opportunities, and potential challenges.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
1. Education:
– Graduated from universities majoring in Foreign Trade, Logistics, economics, business administration or other related majors.
– Good knowledge and experience of forwarding (sea freight, air freight), import-export, transportation, customs.
2. Working Experience:
– 2 – 3 years of experience or more in the position of Sales leader/manager in the freight forwarding or import-export industry; overseas work experience is preferred.
– Priority is given to strong experience of North America and Europe routes both sea/air.
– Have a certain customer base;
– Familiar with various shipping companies;
– Fluent in English, Chinese is preferred.
– Good MS Office.
3. Professional Skills:
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Innovative & creativity mindset to achieve better efficiency.
– Strong problem-solving skills.
– Good analyse and synthesis skills.
– Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
– Ability to work independently and under high pressure.
