We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and passionate Talent Acquisition Executive to join 3A Logistics in attracting and developing high-quality human resources. You will play a crucial role in building a candidate pool, implementing recruitment activities, and contributing to the development of a workforce aligned with the company’s growth strategy.

The job you will be responsible for

• Perform full-cycle recruitment: receiving recruitment needs, posting job advertisements, searching for candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting onboarding.
• Accompany new employees during their probationary period and coordinate with management to evaluate results.
• Develop and implement onboarding programs to help employees quickly integrate into the company culture and environment.
• Organize training programs to enhance skills and support career
• Conduct Employer Branding activities such as job fairs, school partnerships, recruitment communications, etc.
• Spread and develop the company’s corporate culture, core values, and service spirit.
• Organize internal activities to increase employee engagement and build team
• Support the implementation of a knowledge management system and ensure employees understand internal processes and regulations.
• Assist with HR/Admin tasks or other assigned

We are looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment, Training, or General Human Resources
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in Logistics/Import/Export/Trading companies
• Experience in mass recruitment or recruitment for specialized positions is an advantage
• Strong communication, networking, and candidate assessment skills
• Proactive, dynamic, and passionate about recruitment and human development
• Possesses a mindset for building team culture and spirit
