Sales OverSea Executive

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive Sales Overseas Executive with a passion for international business to join our team in developing import/export clients and expanding our international logistics market.

Workplace

The job you will be responsible for

• Develop and implement customer development plans according to assigned targets.
• Proactively meet with, introduce services to, and understand the needs of international/import-export customers.
• Update customer information and work history on CRM daily.
• Conduct visits to industrial parks/export processing zones to expand the customer base.
• Coordinate with Operations and Pricing to advise on solutions and provide service quotations.
• Prepare meeting content for customers and evaluate effectiveness after each meeting.
• Negotiate, finalize contracts, and hand over information to relevant departments.
• Monitor orders, provide customer care, and develop further cooperation opportunities.
• Monitor accounts receivable and support timely payment.

We are looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in Sales Forwarding/International Logistics
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with import/export clients or shipping lines
• Ability to communicate and write emails in English in the workplace
• Understanding of international logistics and forwarding service processes
• Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of CRM is an advantage
• Proactive, flexible, and able to handle situations well
• Knowledge of Chinese is a plus
