We welcome CS Interns who are eager to learn and grow in the Logistics industry. This is an opportunity for you to gain practical Customer Service experience, work with a team, and better understand business processes in the Logistics/Forwarder field.

The job you will be responsible for
- Assist in tracking and updating shipment status
- Assist in processing documents, bookings, and coordinating with relevant departments
- Work with the team to ensure shipping progress and support customers
- Learn and become familiar with Customer Service processes in Logistics/Forwarder
- Assist with other tasks as instructed by the team
We are looking for
- Graduate in Logistics, Import/Export, or related fields
- Final-year students or recent graduates in Logistics, Import/Export, International Trade, or related fields
- No experience required – on-the-job training provided
- Good English skills, proficient in MS Office
