We welcome CS Interns who are eager to learn and grow in the Logistics industry. This is an opportunity for you to gain practical Customer Service experience, work with a team, and better understand business processes in the Logistics/Forwarder field.
The job you will be responsible for
▪ Assist in tracking and updating shipment status
▪ Assist in processing documents, bookings, and coordinating with relevant departments
▪ Work with the team to ensure shipping progress and support customers
▪ Learn and become familiar with Customer Service processes in Logistics/Forwarder
▪ Assist with other tasks as instructed by the team
We are looking for
▪ Graduate in Logistics, Import/Export, or related fields
▪ Final-year students or recent graduates in Logistics, Import/Export, International Trade, or related fields
▪ 3 – 6 months experience required
▪ Good English skills, proficient in MS Office
▪ Careful, proactive, and eager to learn
