Customer Service Executive (Sea)

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Customer Service Executive (Sea) to join our team in coordinating shipments and delivering the best possible service experience.

The job you will be responsible for

• Coordinate and monitor sea freight import and export shipments
• Make bookings with shipping lines/agents and track vessel schedules
• Collaborate with Sales, shippers, and partners
• Advise on vessel schedules and logistics solutions
• Provide customer service and handle issues
• Monitor, update shipments, and report

We are looking for

• Graduated in Logistics, Import/Export, or a related field
• Experience in Sea Customer Service/Forwarder/Logistics is an advantage
• Knowledge of maritime transport and import/export documentation
• Good spoken and written English and email skills
• Proficient in MS Office
